Yeah, it still works. Not perfect, but works. Just avoid cold charging and you’re fine.
Yes, below –10 °C it still delivers power. Discharging usually works fine, though the capacity drops a bit. Charging should be avoided at those temps unless your BMS has low-temp protection.
