Nicht wirklich, wenn man weiß, was man tut – man tauscht einfach die defekte Zelle aus und balanciert das Pack neu.

Yeah, I’ve done it once, but honestly, I’m not sure I’d do it again. It’s pretty tricky, especially with the BMS and all the connections. If you’re not confident, things can go wrong fast.
