When does my 30-day trial phase start?

Your trial phase begins on the day your order is delivered.

May I install and use the battery?

Yes. The trial phase allows you to test the battery under normal use in the intended application. Please keep the original packaging, accessories, and documents in case you decide to return it.

How do I arrange a return?

Contact LiThink Support within 30 days of delivery and have your order number ready. Our team will confirm the return and send you the shipping instructions before you send the battery back.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

For eligible returns within the 30-day trial phase, LiThink covers the return shipping costs. There is no return fee for you.

What is excluded from the trial phase?

Batteries damaged by improper use, incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, impacts, water ingress, or missing components may be excluded from return. Contact us first so our team can review the return with you.
