As China’s leading brand for lithium iron phosphate batteries, our commitment to product innovation is linked with our responsibility to meet the highest possible standards for product safety. While our portfolio includes a range of consumer technologies, battery performance is a critical factor for many of our brands and products. For this reason, in 2023 we introduced enhanced monitoring protocols to raise the safety and reliability standards for all future Lithink battery products. These protocols also strengthen our ability to identify potential issues with products already on the market, enabling us to take prompt action to protect our customers, including voluntary recalls if necessary.

Today, we’re deepening those efforts with a global initiative to reinforce how battery safety is integrated into every step of our product lifecycle. This includes new supplier partnerships, expanded third-party testing, increased investment in safety systems, and greater transparency around the safeguards we apply to every Lithink battery product.

Pillars of security we believe in

Material Integrity

Manufactured with A+-LiFePO₄ cells, epoxy insulation and aluminum frame for maximum safety and durability.

Rigorous Tests

Each battery pack undergoes vibration, drop, and temperature tests that exceed international safety standards.

Production monitoring

100% end-of-line testing and complete MES traceability ensure consistent, demonstrable quality.

Battery Safety Committee

Battery Safety Committee
Ongoing external audits and internal data validation ensure Lithinks' highest safety standards.

World's No. 1 LiFePO₄ internal build quality

  • Exclusive use of A+-LiFePO₄ cells with significantly higher thermal stability than other cell chemistries.
  • Epoxy insulation plates and fiber sleeves are used between the cells to prevent abrasion and micro-short circuits.
  • Alloy frame structure replaces traditional strapping – vibration- and shock-resistant for longer service life.

Tests above the industry standard

  • Complete product range certified to UN 38.3, IEC 62619, CE-EMC, CE-RED, RoHS, UL1973, UL2271, FCC ID, ECE R10, and REACH.
  • Each battery is tested multiple times: vibration, shock, salt spray, drop, high- and low-temperature cycles.
  • Testing at the cell, module, and pack level simulates real-world extreme scenarios.
  • The in-house Lithink Lab conducts safety and stress tests that go beyond industry standards.

Traceable Manufacturing

  • All production lines are equipped with EOL automated final inspection systems100% test coverage before shipment.
  • Production batches and test data are tracked one-to-one, so every battery is fully traceable.
  • FPY (First Pass Yield) ≥ 98.7%, monitored in real time by the MES system.
  • From spot welding to sealing, all critical processes are automatically inspected and logged.

Intelligent protection core (BMS)

  • The in-house developed Lithink-BMS monitors 13 safety parameters in real time, including:
overvoltage / undervoltage / overcurrent / short circuit / temperature / charging and discharging in cold conditions / reverse polarity, etc.
  • Triple temperature sensing and an active balancing algorithm ensure dynamic thermal management.
  • The self-heating function automatically starts at ≤ 5 °C and stops at 15 °C – for safe charging in cold conditions.

Independent certification & continuous validation

  • Regular spot checks and repeat testing by independent testing institutes.
  • Ongoing updates to the safety white paper, with disclosed testing standards and results.
  • UN 38.3, IEC 62619, CE-EMC, CE-RED, RoHS, UL1973, UL2271, FCC ID, ECE R10, and REACH reports can be clearly traced back to actual test samples and test numbers.

Transparent · Secure · Verifiable

Lithink has built a closed validation system – from design → testing → production → after-sales.
With real data and full technical transparency, we guarantee that every kilowatt-hour is safe, reliable and traceable.
