Where quality is created

The Lithink Quality Laboratory is one of the most advanced testing facilities in the industry.
With highly precise test systems and comprehensive safety monitoring, we ensure that every single cell and every battery system performs stably, safely, and reliably even under extreme conditions.
All tests are carried out in accordance with international standards such as IEC 62619, UN 38.3 and UL 1642 — and additionally comply with Lithink’s internal quality guidelines, which exceed the industry standard.

Environment Mechanics

Salt Spray Test

Corrosion resistance of housings, connectors and structural parts.

Temperature/Humidity Resistance Test

Stable performance and tightness under climate and humidity fluctuations.

Transport simulation

Shock, vibration and temperature spikes during long-haul logistics.

Vibration test

Vibration resistance of cells, BMS, and connections across multiple axes/frequencies.

Drop Test

Structural integrity and functionality after drops from defined heights/angles.

Impact Test

Housing resistance and internal protection against defined impact energy.

Electrical safety

Charge/discharge cycle test

Long-term cycles for verification of lifespan and capacity retention(Goal: 5000+ cycles @100% DoD).

Short-circuit test

BMS response speed and thermal safety during electrical fault conditions.

Crush- & Puncture Test

Behavior of the cells under severe mechanical compression or penetration (No fire/No explosion).

Thermal abuse test

Stability of the cells and effectiveness of safety venting at elevated temperature.

Low-Temperature Test

Charging/discharging behavior at extremely low temperatures; verification of heating and protection logic.
