Returns and Exchange Policy
For items purchased from Lithink, you may request a free exchange or return within 30 days of receipt. We cover the return shipping costs (requirements: items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition, including all manuals and accessories).
We cover return shipping costs in the following cases:
● Transit damage
● Product defects
● Item not as described
● Wrong item sent
● Unordered add-on items
For other reasons, the customer bears the return shipping costs. After we receive the goods, we need 1 business day for quality inspection before the refund or credit is issued.
Important Notice:
Unauthorized modifications (including, but not limited to, disassembly) void the warranty. Such returns will not be accepted. If modified items are returned, we reserve the right to رفض them and send them back at the customer’s expense.

① Describe the symptoms, when they occurred, and the troubleshooting steps taken.
② Include the order number, serial number (SN), and any troubleshooting attempts you have already made.
Limited Warranty Terms
Lithink is committed to providing sustainable future solutions through innovation. Our quality promise and service reflect this commitment. As a statement of confidence in our products, we offer the following warranty from the date of purchase: If a Lithink product does not meet the quality standards of this warranty (as assessed by our support team), we will repair the defect or replace the product with a new/refurbished model with at least the same specifications. In exceptional cases, a refund will be issued. This warranty is subject to the following terms, including the replacement tier table.

Warranty Coverage
1. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 180 minutes of placing the order. For items already shipped, the customer must refuse acceptance with the carrier.

② Returns within 31–45 days without giving a reason: For returns not caused by our fault, the customer bears the costs.

5. Additional Notes
● Missing accessories: Deduction of 5 to 10 euros per item (assessed by customer service).
● International returns: The customer bears the additional shipping costs for remote addresses/island addresses.
● Lost/stolen packages: File a claim with the carrier. If you need further assistance, please contact customer service.
● Please contact support@lithink.de first. After approval by customer service, you will receive a return confirmation by email and may proceed with the return.
Buyer's Responsibilities
1. Usage restrictions:
● Do not use incompatible chargers/overvoltage.
● Do not use non-starter batteries for engine ignition.
● No series/parallel connections unless specified.
2. Operating rules:
● Avoid contact with liquids, reverse polarity, extreme temperatures/humidity.
● Prevent physical damage (impacts, punctures, etc.).
● No disassembly/modification/unauthorized repairs.
● Protect from corrosion and misuse.
Disclaimer and Warranty Limitations
1. Not covered:
● Normal wear and tear (scratches on the housing, loss of capacity)
● Force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.)
● Human-caused damage (tampering, contact with water, misuse)
● Issues caused by third parties (theft, unauthorized purchases)
● System failures (poor ventilation, electrical overload)
● Poor maintenance (loose connections, missing pads)
● Violations of usage restrictions
2. Special limitation clauses:
● Wear parts
● Damage caused by improper storage/transport/installation
● Failure to follow the manuals
After-Sales Policy
1. General requirements:
● Refunds/replacements require the items to be returned.
● The warranty period starts from the original purchase date.
2. Battery warranty details:
● Only functional failures are covered.
● Only functional failures are covered (excluding loss of capacity/cosmetic defects).
Warranty review
Claims will be rejected if:
① The warranty period has expired.
② It is normal wear and tear.
③ There is tampering damage.
④ It is a defect not caused by the manufacturer.
⑤ There is improper use/maintenance.
Special Statement
The use of batteries as a backup/primary power source for life-support systems or other medical devices is prohibited unless the manufacturer is involved in the system design and has given explicit written approval. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the manufacturer disclaims any liability arising from such use. In addition, the manufacturer reserves the right to refuse customer service for batteries used in the scenarios described above and is not liable for such refusal.
The invalidity of individual provisions of this policy does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
