Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in Lihink's products and services. By purchasing Lihink products, you have acquired high quality. We provide the following warranties for our products.

  1. Warranty
  • We offer a warranty for performance defects that were caused by improper use of the product, provided the product was properly used in accordance with the instructions in the user manual. (For battery products with a capacity of more than 30 Ah, the warranty period is ten years; for battery products with a capacity of less than or equal to 30 Ah, the warranty period is five years. For battery chargers, the warranty period is two years.)
  • The warranty period begins on the date the product is purchased by the user ("Buyer").
    Please read the user manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery as instructed in the manual.

Warranty Claim Procedure

  • We will assist our customers within 8 hours to analyze and resolve issues, restore battery function, and ensure optimal use.

  • If our product does not function normally, the consumer assists us in performing all battery tests, and both parties confirm that the product has quality issues, we will send a new replacement battery for the defective one after it has been returned to our German warehouse with the prepaid label we provide. And the defective battery will be inspected and tested by our technical team to analyze the issue.

  • Within 12 months from the purchase date, we offer an exchange or refund service if our products have quality issues and cannot be used properly. Between the 13th month from the purchase date and the end of the warranty period, we offer an exchange service if our products have quality issues and cannot be used properly.

  • If you have any questions while using the product, please contact us; we provide 24-hour customer service.

2. General Terms for Warranty Claims

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If the device is gifted or resold, the customer must go through the original purchaser to claim the warranty. The original order details are required to claim the warranty.

All products returned for valid warranty service will be shipped at our expense and risk. We provide customers who need to return the products at the specified time to the specified location with a prepaid return label.

Batteries serviced or replaced within their warranty period are not eligible for an extended warranty. Instead, the serviced or replaced battery/batteries remain covered by the original warranty period granted at the initial purchase.

The warranty does not cover faults caused by improper handling, product modifications, installation, or intentional damage. The warranty also does not apply if the consumer does not install, use, and maintain the product in accordance with the requirements of the user manual, resulting in serious quality issues with the product.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LITHINK OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF LITHINK OR ITS AFFILIATES OR SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Neither LiThink nor its suppliers will be liable for or responsible for damage to or loss of items or products connected to, powered by, or otherwise attached to the product. The total cumulative liability to the buyer, for all causes of action and all theories of liability, shall be limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the buyer. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
