Here you'll find answers to the most important questions about membership and points.

1. What is the Lithink membership & points system?

Lithink Membership is our free customer program. You collect points through various activities and can later redeem them for discount vouchers and other benefits. This is how we reward regular orders and your engagement with Lithink.

2.How do I become a member – does it cost anything?

You become a member simply by creating a customer account on lithink.de and logging in. Membership is permanently free; there are no hidden fees or minimum spending requirements.

3.How can I earn points?

You earn points, for example, for registering, for orders in the online shop, and for selected social media actions such as following or sharing our channels. You can always see the currently valid promotions and point values in the "How to earn points" overview on the Membership page.

4. How many points do I earn per order?

For every qualifying order on lithink.de you will receive points on the merchandise value (excluding shipping costs and taxes). By default: you earn points per euro spent – the exact conversion and any special promotions are clearly stated on the site.

5. When will my points be credited?

Your points will appear in your account once your order has been paid for and shipped and the return period has expired. Usually this only takes a short time; if you order multiple items or receive a partial delivery, the points may be credited in several stages.

6. How do I redeem my points?

Log into your account, open the Membership page and select an available voucher there. After redeeming it, you’ll receive a discount code that you enter at checkout along with your registered email address. The key terms (e.g., minimum order value, validity period, combinability) are shown to you directly.

7. Do my points ever expire?

Your accumulated points do not currently expire as long as your Lithink account remains active. If we change the rules for point validity in the future, we will notify you in good time on the website and by email.

8. What happens to points if I cancel an order or return items?

For canceled or fully returned orders, the points awarded for them will be deducted from your points account. If you return only part of the order, the corresponding portion of points will be adjusted.

9. Can I transfer points or combine them with other accounts?

No, points are always tied to your personal Lithink account. Transferring them to other people or merging multiple accounts is currently not possible.

10. Can I also collect points on Amazon & Co.?

No, currently you can only earn points for orders in the official Lithink online shop at lithink.de and for the promotions listed there. Purchases from third-party sellers such as marketplaces or local retailers are not automatically taken into account.

11.Do points or vouchers have a monetary value?

Points and the vouchers generated from them have no direct cash payout value. They can only be used for discounts on orders in the Lithink online shop, in accordance with the applicable terms.

12. How do I see my points balance and history?

Log in to your account and go to the "Lithink Membership" or "Points" section. There you'll find your current point balance and an overview of what you collected points for and what you redeemed them for.
