Always wear suitable protective gloves when unpacking and connecting the battery.

Fully charge before first use

The battery is delivered at approx. 60% charge – fully charge it once before use.

Insulation

Insulate bare wires before connecting

Always secure exposed terminals with suitable insulating material before connecting them to the battery.

Polarity

Connect positive and negative correctly

Before tightening the terminals, check that the positive and negative terminals are not reversed. Tighten the terminals to 12 N·m.

Charger

Use only a suitable LiFePO₄ charger

Charge 12.8 V battery at 14.6 V, 25.6 V battery at 29.2 V.

Storage

Charge to about 50% for storage

Store at 10–35 °C and recharge approximately every 3 months.

Q: For which applications is this battery suitable?

A: It is often used in off-grid solar systems, motorhomes, boats and general energy storage applications. It provides stable charging and discharging performance, but is not suitable as a starter battery for vehicles or high-current devices.

Q: Can multiple batteries be connected in series or parallel?

A: Yes, up to 4 in series and 4 in parallel (4S4P) are possible. Only batteries of the same model with identical voltage and capacity may be connected. Voltage equalization and appropriate cable cross-sections are required.

Q: What are the charge/discharge current and C-rate of this battery?

A: With a rated capacity of 100Ah, the standard charging current is 0.2C–0.5C (20–50A), the maximum continuous charging current is 1C (100A) and the maximum continuous discharge current is 1C (100A) – ideal for trolling motors and high-current consumers.

F: How many charge cycles does the battery have?

A: Up to 8000 charge cycles at 80 % depth of discharge (DoD).

Q: How long is the warranty period for this battery?

A: 10 years. If the battery fails within this period, LiThink will cover repair or replacement free of charge as well as all associated costs.
