Important Safety Instructions

Gloves

Wear insulated gloves

When unpacking and connecting the battery, always wear appropriate protective gloves.

Full charge

Fully charge before first use

The battery is delivered with approx. 60% charge – fully charge it once before use.

Insulation

Insulate bare wires before connecting

Always secure exposed leads with suitable insulating material before connecting them to the battery.

Polarity

Connect positive and negative correctly

Before tightening the terminals, check that the positive and negative terminals are not reversed. Tighten the terminals to 12 N·m.

Charger

Use only a compatible LiFePO₄ charger

Charge 12,8 V battery with 14,6 V, 25,6 V battery with 29,2 V.

Storage

Charge to approximately 50% for storage

Store at 10–35 °C and recharge approximately every 3 months.

Do not mix with other brands; for series/parallel connection use only identical models, purchase interval ≤ 1 month.

Q: For which applications is this battery suitable?

A: It is commonly used in off-grid solar systems, motorhomes, boats and general energy storage applications. It provides stable charge and discharge performance. Please note that it is not suitable as a starter battery.

Q: Can multiple batteries be connected in series or parallel?

A: Yes, up to 2 in series and 4 in parallel (2S4P). Only batteries of the same model, with identical voltage and capacity, may be connected. Voltage equalization and appropriate cable cross-sections are required.

Q: What are the charge/discharge current and C-rate of this battery?

A: With a nominal capacity of 100Ah the standard charging current is 0.2C–0.5C (20–50A), the maximum continuous charging current is 1.5C (150A) and the maximum continuous discharge current is also 1.5C (150A) – ideal for high-power consumers.

Q: Which battery data does the Bluetooth app display?

A: Real-time data such as voltage, current, cell voltages, temperature, power, capacity, remaining service life, charging time, and overall status for series/parallel connection.

Q: Does the heating function also work with solar panels?

A: Yes, the 200W heating element works with solar panels. It is recommended to use at least 400W of solar power to provide sufficient heating current even in low sunlight.
